Superpremium Parisian jeweler Cartier officially opens its second boutique in Macau.

The 200 square meter showroom at the Shoppes at Four Seasons is the brand's second store in Macau. Many new glitzy shopping malls were built in Macau, which are filled with international designer names.

Craftsman’s son Guccio Gucci founded the House of Gucci as a saddlery shop in Florence in 1906. In 1938 Guccio Gucci opened their first retail shop on the Via Condotti in Rome. The first Gucci boutique in Macau was opened at Wynn Hotel and Caino retail esplanade.

The concept store in Macau leverages the typical Gucci design elements, colors gold and silver as its main interior design concepts. The Gucci stores at Macau will focus on accessories - handbags, small leather goods, shoes, jewelery, watches and sunglasses.

One of the world's major distributors of South Sea Pearl Jewellery - Autore, open its world first flagship store in Macau. Two stores will be open and locate at the Venetian Macau and the Shoppes at Four Seasons.

Autore jewellery collections provide clients with South Sea pearl creations, designed by award winning jewellery designer Alessio Boschi.

The company currently owns two pearl farms around the world, one in Australia and another one in Indonesia. On the 29th August, DFS Group hosted the Grand Opening of its new DFS Galleria Macau at the Shoppes at Four Seasons. Guests were joint together and treated with to a series of themed events, exhibitions, rare product viewings and an elegant private dinner at the Four Seasons Hotel. Big names attended the event included

"We wanted to provide customers with a luxury and world-class shopping experience", Ed Brennan said.

One of the boutique store Emporio Armani, which has opened a 200sq m store in the DFS Galleria on level one of the Shoppes at Four Seasons. The new store offering a complete Emporio Armani lifestyle collection for men and women including formal wear, casual wear, accessories, watches, eyewear, and jewellery collections. Emporio Armani also hosted a photographic exhibition of fashion images at the same time.

Giorgio Armani said: “Macau is one of the world’s most important business, social and international hubs with a quickly rising reputation for being style-conscious. This new Emporio Armani store therefore represents an important addition to our fast-growing network of travel retail locations.”

DFS Galleria prepares to open a second store at City of Dream - DFS Galleria 準備在新濠天地開設第二家澳門店 (DFS Galleria 準备在新濠天地开设第二家澳门店)

After the Grand Opening of the new DFS Galleria Macau at The Shoppes at Four Seasons, the company now is preparing to open the second store at the City of Dream - an integrated urban entertainment resort developed by Melco Crown Entertainment Limited. The DFS Galleria at City of Dreams will open during the first half of 2009 as part of the Phase One project. Spreading 85,000sq ft over two levels right onto the casino at both levels, the new store will be similar to DFS Galleria Macau. The third DFS will be open later in 2009 at Cotai Central Mall.

In addition of the DFS Galleria Macau theming of ‘Pure Luxury’ and their focus on three ‘worlds’ – Fashion, Beauty and Luxury. Michael Schriver, DFS President of the Worldwide Store Operations said the City of Dreams store will feature a younger, larger and more contemporary fashion focus. The Watches and Jewellery area within the Luxury World will aim squarely at the top end of the market. Furthermore, the DFA Galleria at City of Dreams will include two pioneering concept stores, a beauty and a watch store.
