Located in the DFS Galleria, the new FENDI store was opened on the August 28. The new store covers an area of 300 square meters, designed by the renowned architect Peter Marino.

Chanel opens at Macau Four Seasons - 香奈兒澳門精品店開幕 (香奈儿澳门精品店开幕)

A new 880 square feet Chanel boutique was opened on 28 Aug at the Four Seasons Hotel. This is the 3rd Chanel store in Macau, and the first one built at Cotai.

Emporio Armani opens at DFS Macau

Giorgio Armani has opened a 200 sq meters "Emporio Armani" store in the DFS Galleria. Located on level one of The Shoppes at the Four Seasons Hotel, the store will offers the complete Emporio Armani lifestyle collection for men and women including formal wear, casual wear, accessories, watches, eyewear, and jewellery collections.

Giorgio Armani said: “Macau is one of the world’s most important business, social and international hubs with a quickly rising reputation for being style-conscious. This new Emporio Armani store therefore represents an important addition to our fast-growing network of travel retail locations"

The footwear and accessories brand Jimmy Choo launched its debut store in Macau, at The Shoppes at Four Seasons. The store forties inspired boudoir model is modeled on the signature Jimmy Choo's design concept with plush leather sofas and sparking crystal drop chandeliers.

Jimmy Choo is a luxury brand, which is favoured by celebrities across the globe. The brand plans to increase its worldwide specialty stores to 75 by the end of 2008. The new Macau store is a part of this plan. At present, Jimmy Choo has opened specialty stores in many big cities, including London, New York, Beverley Hill, Madrid, Paris, Beijing, Shanghai and Tokyo.

Taubman Centers unveils luxury mall in Macau - Taubman 將在星麗門零售項目內開設23個世界級頂尖品牌旗艦店 (Taubman 将在星丽门零售项目内开设23个世界级顶尖品牌旗舰店)

The Mall at Macau’s Studio City - a shopping center component of the US$2.5 billion Macao Studio City project, has revealed a confirmed list of 23 luxury brand tenants on the 27th August. Each of which has committed to opening flagship stores at "The Mall", which is destined to become Asia's most luxurious shopping center.

The 920,000 square foot (85,000 square meter) Mall at Studio City will boast about 140 stores from A. Lange & Sohne, Alfred Dunhill, Berluti, Bulgari, Bottega Veneta, Burberry, Cartier, Chopard, Christian Dior, Dolce & Gabbana, Ermenegildo Zegna, Fendi, Franck Muller, Gucci, Miu Miu, Montblanc, Omega, Piaget, Prada, Roger Vivier, Tod's, Van Cleef and Arpels, Versace and other brands, in one of the biggest concentrations of high-end retailers strip, which scheduled to open in 2011.

"The Mall at Studio City will be the ultimate luxury shopping center in Asia. In one venue we have brought together all of the luxury brands in flagship formats only seen in the fashion high streets of Hong Kong, Paris, New York, Milan and Tokyo," said Morgan Parker, president, Taubman Asia.

The Macau Studio City will features theatre, retail, gaming, entertainment and world-class hotels (Ritz Carlton, Tangs Hotel and others) situated at Cotai Strip in Macau. The project is expect to complete in 2011.
